I spent a solid half hour at work figuring out what scanner I could afford that had the features I wanted, drove home to pick up my roomie and write down the specs. Drove to Best Buy and showed them the one I wanted.
"Oh...we don't carry that like on the website. Actually we only have this one [points to crappy looking bent up Epson box]. You could try Staples or Office Max - or order it from the site and it'll be there in about 2 weeks (after I move out)."
Circuit City fails too. All they sell now is the 2 in 1 printer/scanner combos, but left that detail off their respective websites. Fail. I really wanted a scanner too! :mad:
