I think I've had some of those messengers sometime long time ago, but I hardly ever used those so can't even remember which ones nor my name.... :o I wasn't that much into chatting with just one person, especially when I wanted to check my mail and stuff. I don't even go to any chats, am I missing anything?

MSN because you can send voice clips. i used to have GAIM which combined em but i neeeeded voice clips for sharing ideas for remixes and stuff with others.

There is no need to vote. MSN clearly wins, and that's what I prefer. MSN is less aggravating than AIM - the interface is less irritable on the eyes. Go with MSN.

I tried various beta's of trillian and they didn't work well for me. One of them had a bug that if you logged in on someone's computer with a new account you'd add all of their users in your list.

I use Gaim (http://gaim.sourceforge.net/) which has bugs of it's own but I like it :)

The guy who writes it and writes the update reports cracks me up by the way.
