Okay, I know I've already asked this, so I guess I should just accept that as no one knows, but Yauch got on here a while back asking for all a list of all TV appearances. Does anyone know why he wanted this info or what he did with it?

I was hoping he was going to take all the details, research the footage, pick the best stuff (or all of it), and put it out somehow. I'm still hoping!

Yauch! Yodle-lay-hee-hoo. What's did jew do with the info you?
Maybe they were trying to figure out what songs they'd performed over the years so they wouldn't wear one thin for the Letterman or some other performance around that time.
Having gone back and read Yauch's comments on Capitol's insistence on them producing SGH, Capitol's choice of RRNN over OLTNYC as a US single and their lack of marketing for TT5B in general, Capitol's trade of SHG for AIFST, Capitol's history with other bands including The Beatles, I don't think the label would support/allow a compilation of their TV spots. As unenlighted as this may be, I'm glad the Bboys stuck it to Capitol on PB, milked they fat cat asses and pissed the money away. I know its business, but I don't have to like it and I don't.

I think they're going to start a kind of boutique television station on Satellite and it will be called Beastie TV.
Showing the old performances, interview, appearances. As well as some original programming by Hornblower. And a regular BBQ Competition show.

Nice, like ESPN Classic. Swillin' ice tea, smokin' Lucky Strikes, sportin' the Century21 goldenrod jackets. They could do this from their bedpan when they're in the old folks home.
