k, so i call my sister (who's not much of a bboys fan) into watch the nathaniel hornblower portion of the dvd because i thought she'd find it funny (btw i was very surprised when if ound out that yau wasn't the one acting as hornblower int he dvd). So all in all, she loved it, we laughed our frickin heads off. Him walking through nyc with skis was the best part. It was slow to start and finish but in the middl e it was quite comical. So then she said "he should have his own tv show" referring to nathaniel, i myself would totally watch. Big UPS HORNY!

Read David Cross' (the guy who played Hornblower) website sometime. A lot of it is intellectual humor in that the affected swiss/german mangle accent, the faux swiss props in his apartment, etc. are funnier if you're up on what a goof on a Swiss lederhosen wearing director would look like, sound like, do. The guy I work with, who's into "A Prairie Home Companion" loved the segment, but not so much "Jeromes World". I think it's different types of humor and definately different from what we've come accustomed to from the Boys.

i just love that part where he's just like 'i think i will...squat." i dunno why it is just too damn funny to me!!!! :D aaaah i'm so weird.
i'd watch it if he had a tv show. only if it came on after school though, because nothing's better than coming home from school, kickin' back & relaxin' with hornblower, ja? :p

I thought the Nathaniel bit was pretty cool. Especially when he is done talking with the two Adams and he slips on his ski's and adrock does this little jump like "woah". haha

It was pretty funny, but yeah, a little long in parts. It was worth it, though, just for the exchange between him and the "Adams" about taxidermy.
"Well! Adams! How are you, Adams!"
