oh my goodness, i love mushroom stroganoff - i'm assuming that is what that is! thanks triple dee for reminding me of a future dining choice (trying to cut out the meat from my life atm).

it's curious though. i find a lot of people strongly dislike mushrooms, including my boyfriend - he says anything that "grows and thrives on shit" shouldn't be trusted. haha! oh, and he hates the texture of them.
