So I ended up rear ending a doofus who didn't signal to get into their turning lane. They then decided that parking the car halfway between that lane and the one I was in was a kickass idea. So my car looks like this now. (http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y155/still_tippin/07-29-06_1507.jpg)

Now here's the thing; My airbag didn't even go off and the front end (or left front) looks pretty fucked up. I hear that you can take legal action against the manufacturer if your airbag doesn't go off if you're going more than 10 mph. Anyone know something about this?

I know this is like asking Judge Mathis for advice, but still.

if an airbag went off in a 10-15 mph collision you'd probably sustain more bodily damage from the airbag smacking you in the face when it deployed.
