so i'm listening to the local rock stations rock report for yesterday, and they play "root down", following this they talked about how the beasties are working on their latest album and how they haven't yet mixed it but that they've written quite a few songs for it. They also talked about how AIFST was out and they described what it was all about, and both of the dj's were talking about how jacked they were to see it, but that they hadn't been able to get a hold of it yet (i guess it's sold out where they've looked). Then one of the guys said "leave it up to the beasties to do the coolest thing in rock n roll in the past 10 years".

then the other guy was talking about how coldplay is now doing the same thing, and the former dj then called them a bunch of losers for copying them or something like that.

I don't think this is true....all that we've heard so far from the boys is that they're in the "playing around" stage. I don't, personally, see the new album being released any sooner than '08.

Hmm I sorta believe it, it's been more then 2 years. I know Yauch's busy with the movie makin, but what have Mike D and Adrock been doin? Making remixes, maybe coming up with ideas...or most likely chillin? You never know what them bboys are up to. ;)

Already written a few song ! That'd be crazt. Hmm I doubt it though.

I dont care how long they take, ever since TT5B they have kept me entertained with performance's like Letterman, Conan, SGH DVD, AIFST etc.

Thats what I wanna know !

Beastie's could be on some radio station and we wouldnt know. Like usually only one person finds out what they are doing and post's it. They could be playing live now lol.

I'm mean how are the dj's, journalists etc finding this shit out? How credible are they're sources?
