Inspired by Droppin's Dischord thread, I will do the same with the Touch and Go label - which is your favorite from that poll?
I don't think it's fair for me to vote without hearing the other bands. :(

You can listen to samples from the bands listed on the poll, on that link. Shellac has an unorthodox, noise rock type of style. I want to listen to more of their music sometime. I've heard a handful of their songs, and I liked what I heard.
I voted for Brainiac. The lead singer of the group was Tim Taylor, and really...his vocals made the group. Once he died in a car accident, the group disbanded, which was a shame - since he was coming back from recording their fourth album. Judging from their recently released electronic-based EP, at that time, it looked like they were heading in a new direction.
The guitarist of Brainiac, John Schmersal, went on to form the band, Enon, along with Toko Yasuda, (of Blonde Redhead and The Lapse) and Matt Schulz. (of The Lap Partners) Both John and Toko share the vocals.

I'm slightly conflicted here...
Of the bands you listed, I'd have gone with Yeah Yeah Yeahs, though I'm not sure if you can say they're a "T&G band" (didn't they only have an EP with that label before going to the majors?), so I decided not to vote for them.
I went with "Other." Now what band to list from that category? I could very well say Big Black, due to their sheer importance and influence. But as powerful as Steve Albini's former band was, they're hardly a band I'd listen to all the time (you definitely have to be in a certain mood for that sort of thing).
Perhaps I could go with !!! or TV on the Radio, they're always cool. Urge Overkill? All I know is their Neil Diamond cover ("Girl, You'll Be A Woman Soon"). I just tried out some Jesus Lizard the other day, but again, that's not something for ALL occasions.
Bah, one of those guys. I can't decide :p
P.S. - Nice to see some splinter threads like this. By all means, have more polls for more indie labels.

I'm not sure about YYY. I just added them in the poll, since they are known by many, and quite popular. Thinking about it now, I should have added more bands, but I went through that whole list of bands on the T&G site, and only enjoyed a handful - that being Brainiac, Enon, Shellac, and I kind of like DK3 and Pinback. I was listening to a song from Quazi's new album, and it was pretty nice.
