customer: I was supposed to get my service reconnected today but I missed the rep by 30 minutes, can it still be done today?
me: that was 2 hours ago.
customer: yeah I had to go to lunch
me: okay, I can do tomorrow
customer: you cant do today still?
me: no sir
customer: why not?
me: we are too busy and we do not schedule same day appointments after 2 pm.
customer: that really pisses me off because its your fault that I missed the appointment
me: well sir, according to the notes you told the rep you needed to go get a money order for the $2000 owing and after thirty minutes of waiting he left.
customer: right but I was going to get the money. that pisses me off, this is terrible service.
me: well, the issue didnt arise when your appointment was missed, the issue arose when the service was cut off. The problem would not have arose if you had made payments in the past 2 years, so at this point special favors are sort of out the window.
customer: ............so will it be tomorrow morning or afternoon?
