“Britain and America, as the main associates of the Zionist regime in its offensive to Lebanon, should compensate Lebanon’s damages. Those governments should answer for their crimes in Lebanon,” he said in his speech, a copy of which was circulated.

So does that mean that Iran will be covering the cost of the damage in Israel since Iran is the main supporter of Hezbollah?

That would be a strong example but we all know that won't happen since the only way to resolve the matter is to destroy Israel, according to the Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

What an idiot.

Right of the top I am not supporting Iran here. Just wanted to point out that things are not always as they seem.

This reminds me of when he supposedly stated he wanted Isreal "wiped from the map" and which is now the matter of much discussion as to the accuracy of that translation.

This article seems deliberalty misleading. The headline states "Iran leader: Israel's destruction will bring peace
Says elimination would ‘cure’ Mideast crisis, but calls for cease-fire for now".

Yet the actual quote is "Although the main solution is for the elimination of the Zionist regime, at this stage an immediate cease-fire must be implemented,"

Sounds like they are referring to the current regime in Isreal not the state itself.

This goes back to Middle Earth, and how the ring wasn't destroyed.
