I will be obtaining two degrees at the end of fall semester, one Associates in Liberal Arts and one Associates in Criminal Justice Generalist, then I am going to change my major to Nursing and I will be an RN by the summer of 2008 instead of a Police Officer. So now no more cop cracks please. Jen:)

Pretty much that is why I'm switching to nursing. If you are an RN in the area I live in, you can write your own ticket.

Actually I read on MSN money it's your biggest bang for your buck. If you get it specialized, that is. My friend got an Associate's in Business Administration and she's making 33K a year. If you just get a generalized AA, it doesn't do much. It just makes it easier to transfer into 4-year schools...most of the time.

good luck! i have a bunch of friends who have gone through nursing school. it gets hard! but it's a good feeling at the end.

That's what's up. Congrats.

I wonder why it's always been called Criminal Justice and not American Justice or The Peoples' Justice. :confused:

A Bachelors is probably more useless overall considering its a much more hefty investment and most people I know with them make fuck all for money.
