I tossed and turned so much last night that today my back is actually sore. That's a new one.

i wake up every morning with very stiff knees and ankles. i look like a mummy when i try to make it down the stairs.

A friend of mine was on arthritis meds at age 22. :(

my whole family on my mother's side has very bad joint problems. my uncle has had both knees and elbows opperated on. my mother has the get up in the middle of the night and walk around to releive all the tension that builds up. and my grandfather has had all his shoulder parts(collar bones, fucking every thing in that area) replaced with titanium.

I'm going to feel some pain tomorrow morning.

I finished taking a shower, walked into our bedroom(which has marble floors) and slipped and fell on my ass.

Scared the shit out of my wife because she asked if I was alright and I could only manage, "Grnnnnrghhhhh" as an answer while I was laying on the floor.

I just can't bail like I used to.

we just got one of those tempurpedic mattresses because the wife loves/ed her old one. but every single morning i wake up with a major lower back pain. its gotten to the point where i just sleep on the floor. we are returning that shit for something else today.
the day we got it i woke up and my knees were killing me (arthritis) and my back hurt, i looked in the mirror and actually said "you old fuck" to myself. not cool.

They should make king and queen size mattresses that, like... each half is different, so spouses can each have the type of mattress they like.

Granted, people sleeping together spill over to each other's sides, but still.

The sleep number beds have that. And I love those shits. I had one for about 5 years. but it was a double size bed so it didn't have the dual action with the kung fu grip like the queen sized would have. but she hated it so thats not happening.
