The new EP is supposed to actually be pretty good. I think it's only out in the UK, though.

Well, my position is that, with all due respect to The Who Sell Out, they were more of a singles band during the '60s anyway.

Oh. I thought you were implying that their '70's singles were poor.

Yeah -- they did shift from the perfectly-crafted 2:30-3 minute pop single, that's true.

My favorite thing about The Who used to be the way Roger pronounced "tu". Like Sub-sti-tuuuuuuu-te and Getting in Tuuuuuuune. My friend and I used to sing along and extend the "tu" sound even further so I'm unable to listen to any of the songs that have that sound without giggling.
