When it came to

No one could answer it. When the Jeopardy host revealed "who are the Beastie Boys", you can tell he had a look like, WTF?? :confused:

I always find it funny when I watch Jeopardy how dumb these people are, and thier supposed to be like.. genuis' or something.
But then you have these 12 year old kids, who are supposed to be outside, scraping thier knees and watching cartoons, who are inside instead, reading thousand page referance books about dudes who died thousands of years before they were born. And they know all this shit that they shouldnt.. but they cant name a cartoon where the main charecter is a sponge.
I have nothing against children learning and being smart.. But it always comes down to wether or not their childhood is being stolen from them. And I admit, I have nothing against childrens being smart. I mean, look at me, I grew up my entire life outside, putting bugs in my cousins pants and watching scooby doo whenever i got the chance, and I cant spell or figure out math for shit. But.. I had a childhood ya know?

hahaha i get frustrated too when people just don't know the answer when i do, especially if it's somethin' beastie related, but then i realize 'oh not everyone knows about them i guess...' :rolleyes: (but they should!)

except for the time that the guy didn't know the answer (licensed to ill, you fool) and stated the beasties were quote not rap music unquote. that's not cool to say about a band you don't know anything about. sheesh.
