I found this guy while browsing myspace earlier this year, from then I spent every day waiting for his debut album to arrive. It finally came out a couple of months ago and is the most significant thing i'v e ever listened to. Plan b combines the fast MC skills of grime with his own acoustic guitar skills and well produced beats. This guy could probably be described as the british answer to Rage Against the machine combining our version of hip-hop with an English rock scene. I don't know weather Americans will identify as much with the social problems he spits about but it still sound good.

http://www.myspace.com/time4planb - please listen to Missing links, Mama and Sick 2 Def because you'll regret it if you don't.

You can buy his album online as well from Play.com or HMV (it's called 'Who needs actions when you got words').

this it ain't no grime fool.

The british answer to rage against the machine?

I love plan b's new album but your references are a tad strange. If you were to similise them I would say that the artic monkeys embrace the same ethic - both using first and third person perspectives to narrate social commentary.

Other than that 'no good' is a tune and a half!

i'd have to go with camo here. Your description of dudes work doesn't match anything i've heard

can't remember the name of the track but i like the one were he works backwards from stabbing the dude to listening to his plan b cd. Other than that didn't really yank my chain
