7 my boss' wife wanted some new Harrod's mugs when she heard I was going to London (this was about 10 years ago), I'd never been there before (even tho I lived in London for several years) and broke the damn thing on the foot on the way out of the store. They wouldn't give me a new one for free so I had to buy another one and kept the broken one myself... I hardly ever use it...
