memory not what it used to be.

2 scenarios:

no.1: when i try to remember stuff i get two memories and i know that they cant both have happened but i cant tell which didn't, then it makes me think maybe they aren't actually memories, but then wat the hell are they?

no.2: i have a memory which seems on 100% real but i know that those events couldnt possibly have happened and it couldn't have been a dream.

it used to happen once in a blue moon, but now its like every second day. its starting to creep me out.

I'll often think to myself, did I actually do that or did I just dream it? Most of the times I can figure out whether it was just a dream or not, but sometimes I'm still left confused

its like stuff that real, but then u dont no if it was because u think its real but u dont trust urself in deciding that because your memory which generally would make the decision final, is not right.

at work i will be told to do something and 30 seconds later i don't know what i was suppose to do. literally 30 seconds. i'll be walking towards what ever task i was given and im completely lost. 30 fucking seconds

Yeah I do that too, like walk across the other building, and get there and I'll be " now wtf did I come here for?", so turn around go back to my office, look around there and try and find some clues as to wtf it was I was doing.

i wasn't like that 2 years ago though. it just started happening. and i don't do anything to fuck up my memory. it's real bad. i forget words. simple words like bread and car. i'll be all like. you know that shit.... that shit you eat with sandwiches....what the fuck is it....JESUS FUCKING CHRIST. and everyone will start shouting out words like relish. the i go BREAD fucking BREAD. then they look at me like im nuts becuase how the fuck do you forget the word bread?
