Additive-free, so for the heck of it, I figured I'd give these a try (for reference, this is the "light" version).

These are pretty foul-tasting cigarettes, and not because they lack amonium nitrate and stuff. Ugh ugh ugh ugh ugh. These are about as bad tasting as generics. Ugh ugh ugh ugh.

On the plus side, I was thinking these would be my last pack, anyway, and it's hard to imagine waking up in the morning wanting to take a drag off these.

back in the days of yore...
nat sherman mints used to make me tingle. oh i loved them. smooth, and the minty flavor was on the paper, so your lips ended with the delicious taste of a mint leaf and some nicotine. those were the ones i smoked the most, and occasionally i also smoked nat shermans black and gold and those were strong, but also surprisingly smooth. it didnt have that... hurt in the back of your throat. thats the best way i can explain it.

Do they have a filter? I remember that they did. That's all fucked up, just a muted nicotine delivery system with no flavor.

Try some of the CAO petite cameroons or Brazilia Cariocas Tins.

I don't inhale, I like the nicotine delivery system to be relaxing.
