best luck Ive had is with the nicotine gum. Unfortunately its so frickin expensive I cant afford it right now.

I'm just trying to cut down and only have a cig when I really need it. It's not working out so well. I may try the gum next.

it actually works quite well but you have to chew it right and be devoted to it. Its not the same as like go smoke when you feel the need...you're supposed to start the gum on a schedule.
