jury duty, sick, moving house. its been a hectic few weeks. i'm going to hook up the interweb at my new place (MY OWN PLACE NO HOUSEMATES YAY).

my favourite guitarist (after slash) was duff. duff was a cutey. this is embarrassing but i used to kiss slash and duff's faces on my gnr poster every night before i went to bed.

i hadn't heard of gilby clarke before this show. but he's cute, seems like a nice guy and he has such nice shiny hair.

i like rockstar because its like idol, but with songs i like.

however i'm annoyed at the way dilana did the who's won't get fooled again :mad:

Who else could lead that band of misfits other than Lukas?
He has done some really nice work on most of the songs he has performed.
The show kind of bothers me because Tommy Lee is a tool and that guy from Metallica wears fingerless gloves from time to time. For that fashion paupax I really think he should be beaten up by Gene Simmons and fed to Ted Nugent for dinner.

i don't really like lukas that much, he moves a bit awkwardly.

out of the girls i think storm (yeti: apparently that is her real name) and dilana could front the band, from the guys toby, lukas or magni.

i think magni is in with a good chance.

Yeah, I like it. Though the band is a bit confusing. So they want a soulful, hard rocker, who can write songs, do ballads and stadium rock, keep up with the over the hill crew, and sell records?

Brooke Burke needs a new stylist.

Any of the 5 (now 4) could front the band. Supernova is going to burn out, anyway.

Navarro got an executive producer credit. I think he just did the show to hype his new band. And he's barely Tom Cruise's height.

This thread died but tonight is the finale. I have it on TIVO so I can fast forward thru the horrible performances. This show has become a horror show. Dave Navarro sits in some kind of goth chair with velvet upholstery. Singers and judges wear lace and fingerless gloves while Brooke Burke talks about the impending arrival of her rockstar baby. This show is awful which makes for great TV.

Oh, and Lukas will win.
