as opposed to all the junk food we usually consume, what's your favorite "healthy" thing to eat.
for me, it's the feel good breakfast of yogurt (http://www.horizonorganic.com/products/yogurt/images/yogurt_06.jpg)and autumn wheat cereal (http://www.shopnatural.com/product/17789.jpg). yous?

i like doing that too, but i usually just go for plain granola or chopped up fruits to put in with it
