Weird Al used Intergalatic in one of his polkas. I think it was in his album Running with Scissors, Polka Power. Was curious if he asked them for permission to use it. Either way, I don't think they had a problem with it lol I know Al asks permission for parody's, not sure about clips of tunes.

I think technically he doesn't have to ask permission but he always does so he can "maintain good relations" with the artists he parodies.

weird al is/was pretty kick ass. Weird Al's IN 3-D and Even Worse are the best ones. There is a beasties stlyed song on Even Worse called "Twister". It might make you laugh.
