it usuially takes me 12-16 minutes to get the job doen (depends on what was eaten that day, if i have 2 much meat it usually go down a lot slower) but its always worth it. in high school couple of friends and i were talking' bout how defacastion when not rushed actually exceeds orgasm in terms of endorfin levels being realeased and pleasure signals that trigger in your brain (y) studies have shown that lately those who experience these problems in the sac might find it easier if they stimulate the saem entryways used during taking a poo i shit you not.(lb)
