Root Down sample...

I was wondering if anyone knew what song The Beastie Boys sampled in Root Down when they threw in "Oh my God that's the funky shit." which is also a sample that The Prodigy took from that same old hip-hop tune...i cant find the origin of that track anywhere!

its originally from the cold crush brothers song called "punk rock rap" about 19 seconds into the song

doug e fresh sampled the cold crush brothers in "the show" you han hear it around 18 seconds into the song,

the beasties either sampled could crush brothers or doug e

Initially always thought it was just mike d, but if you listen carefully you can hear the sample.
