pretty good. the girls I watched it with didn't like it, but they didn't like Night of the Hunter or Good Night and Good Luck either. I think I'm starting to dislike my brother's girlfriend just because of her ignorant bad taste in film.
anyway, Viggo is good. I think he's perhaps slightly underrated as an actor. he does some subtle things real well. I think some people mistake it for being wooden. William Hurt was great. terrible beard, but a fun character for the ten minutes he was on screen.
so...anyone want to regurgitate anything they said 8 months ago?

William Hurt plays a great villain. But then again, William Hurt plays a great anything.

I thought it was pretty good despite most people I know bashing it  I'm fairly easily pleased when it comes to movies tho, I don't expect too much and so I'm rarely disappointed.

you should love Dead or Alive then. anything with Holly Vallance as the main character has to be tip top (y)

Anybody seen Crank (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0479884/) yet? Sounds like it could make you hurl chunks. In a good way

If you ever bother to see the movie again, the performance even improves. You get to really see the stuff he's doing under the surface, keeping "Joey" underneath his daily mask he thinks he's become. That last scene is so potent, man -- the dinner table scene. Horrifying and sadly reassuring when the little girl starts setting a place at the table for him.

Seriously one of the worst movies ever. Such poor acting and such a bad plot. I don't understand how people liked it.
