But it's £22. Is it worth it?

Definitely...he puts on a pretty good show. Last time i saw him he rocked for ages, did aload of freestyles mentioning people in the crowd etc.....then after he was done with his show, he hosted his own after party, where basically him and the DJ played classic hip-hop for an hour, he got people up on stage, he did shout outs and all...

Edit: You cant compare him by himself to him with the beasties...its his own show. That said, i thought he rocked his spot when i saw the beasties in '04.

he had some of the sickest freestyles when i saw him in Seattle and Vancouver. He also brought guys out during the Seattle gig and had his own thing goin on. He was a pretty good show and had some very good tracks. Id see him again if he came by. I dont know how much 22 pounds is in CAD but, id go if i had the flow.

well, when i saw him his sound was all fucked up. it was so loud you could hardly hear him and it was distorted pretty bad too. he gets the crowd involved and all but his sound blew.

OK I got the tickets, it's this Thursday.

People who've seen him before: what songs usually in his set?

all the best knowns ones basically....
all the singles from Blackstar, Reflection Eternal and his albums...does Lonely People in the middle which goes down a storm, then all the other fan favourite.. does a couple of freestyle bits. Him and the DJ do a good routine where after Talib does "Never been in love before" the dj objects to all his love-talk shit and plays a certain song which i wont say cuz it might ruin the moment.

How does he do the BlackStar tunes without Mos being there? Does he just do his verses, or does someone else do Mos' bits, or does he just have Mos' parts playing on the sound system?
