you know, i've been here for 8 years or something stupid now and it is quite rare that i will be consistently impressed and interested in a 'new' person that fits in so easily. so i thought i would dedicate a whole thread to our lovely new member nivvie. i've never dedicated a thread to anyone before. mickill once tried to bribe me with turkish delights and dr pepper, but brah, i'm not into that! back off!

nivvie, in case you didn't know, some people round here are notoriously territorial when it comes to new members. what's cool with you is that you just slidled in here (is slidled even a word?) like an old-timer and seem to have sort of 'clicked' in with the general attit00d round here. wow, that's comes off as incredibly "you're like us!" which is incredibly offensive for you and, indeed, "us", but that's not what i mean.

so yeah, i wanted to say an official hi and let's everyone welcome ms. nivvie! i think we need a baptism of fire. or, at least, questions.

the only things i know about you thus far are:
1. you are scottish. at least, you live in scotland.
2. you embalm people! :eek:
3. you smell of mangoes
4. you are married and have a child. perhaps plural?

i think we need to extend our knowledge. and introduce you to the hygiene habits of echewta, the political views of q-drop, and the underarm hairs of everyone else.

I buy each season on DVD as it comes out. There's a forum for them, I'm on it, but the people there are very 'nice' and so you know, not too interesting. If you swore you'd get a 'warn' square under your name. But that's how it should be, really, when dealing with the GG.
