I watched Boondock Saints for the first time last night

Oh man, what a complete piece of trash. Why do so many assholes love this movie? My theory is because of that one scene where defoe is with that azn fag and is like "what are you doing" and the azn is like "i want to cuddle" and defoe is like "cuddle? what a fag." That has to be why so many assholes love this movie, because that scene was the only redeeming feature in that entire picture.

Funny, but in a completely unintentional way, i thought. I mean, it was an alright concept, showing him there explaining what happened. until it just got ridiculous and he goes "THERE WAS A FIRE FIGHT!!!!!". From there that entire scene just goes downhill. he starts conducting the music in the background in slo mo, looking like a complete douche. then he starts to pose like he's in some music video, and fires his gun into the air. For no apparant reason. Just to make the movie look cool. But Duffy is a complete pretentious and clueless prick with no artistry, so it just made the movie look douchy.


Edit: and I thought that the fact that they quoted scripture, or a "family prayer", before they iced motherfuckers and the scene where they accidently exploded that cat just made it apparant Duffy was trying to ride Tarantinos cock while making this movie.

I would also like to add that I too found this movie to be remarkably stupid. Probably worse than most movies ive seen before. In fact, prior to seeing A History of Violence I considered this far and away the most overrated lame ass movie ever made. People who like it are stupid.
