Is anyone else experiencing a drought atm?

Today we're having a state election and the biggest issue for this one is the water crisis. besides like week we haven't had any rain in about 3 months, and even with a week's worth of rain our dam levels dropped slighty. So at the government has imposed water restrictions which are at Level 3, which is the highest we have atm. Basically means it's illegal to use an outdoor hose for anything and you cop some pretty stiff fines if you're caught.

Also i was talking to a mate in brazil the other night and he was saying the same sort of thing was happening there, dam levels at their lowest level ever and imposed restrictions from the government.

so, anyone else experiencing an abnormal drought? btw, the current government is promising a half a billion dollar water grid so no doubt they'll get back in
