I'll be the hero you're dreaming of
We'll live forever knowing together
That we did it all for the glory of love (y)

That man sings like a ventriloquist whose dummy has run off.

In some ways, the Karate Kid II is superior to the original. In some ways. Not in the absence of Elizabeth Shue way, though.

I could discuss the Karate Kid Trilogy (i dont acknowledge The Next Karate Kid at all) for some time. Specifically for about 34 minutes. The first is definitely the best of the bunch, but II has its merits. III is one of those so bad its good movies, its completely ridiculous to the point where its amazingly entertaining.

I think he got his ass beat and was made to look like a weak little bitch in front of his love interest more frequently in the second one, which kinda made it more entertaining. I've only seen the third one three or four times.

the third one is bonkers. They assemble the most evil cartoony squad of goons to go up against him in this one, including a multi-millionaire Vietnam Vet Karate expert who devotes all his time and energy trying toi build up then destroy a teenaged boy just cause that boy beat his best mate's student at a local karate competition the year before. ha. Oh, and laughing wildly. If it wasnt so completely stupidly shit I would hate it being a sequel to one of my favourite films, but the fact its so laughably bad makes it worthwhile.
