I'm going to Subway and I'm undecided.
The roasted chicken breast is better for you, but it's more expensive.
The cold cut trio is worse off because it's got more fatty animal in it, but hell, it's like $2.99.
Health or expense? You choose!

what's on a cold cut trio?
Bologna, Ham...some other miscellaneous meat. Edit: Found it! turkey bologna, turkey ham and turkey salami.
And A-Z, the only problem is it's 2 bucks more. Which means out of the 10 bucks cash I have, that would leave me with very little for happy hour beer on Friday. That's all the currency I have now because the bank's closed all the time when I'm not at work, my ATM card is in transit in the mail, and my credit card is maxed for the month because I put tickets to Canada on them. PAIN IN THE BUTT!

the cold cut trio - even just the name - not to mention the meats involved (bologna! that is a total american thang, man. next you'll be talking pastrami! haha. sorry, i only laugh cos i only hear of these meats being consumed by joey in friends) sounds really gross. don't do it! go for the chicken breast! healthier, safer, tastier. with cheese, though. and south west sauce.

I almost always do, but my brother and I have no food in the house right now and gotta go shopping tonight. I rarely eat out when I'm at work because it adds up.

i'm surprised in the fat content difference between a chicken fillet and a roast chicken sub. there must bit a ton of crap in the skins of those things.

Yeah, I always get grilled instead of fried/breaded. Grilled = healthy, breaded = total crap.

a.k.a. "Bologna"
"Baloney" is the slang term which also sorta means "balderdash."
Actually, it might even be an alternative spelling by now.

Roasted chicken breast on wheat, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives, and a little bit of spicy mustard. Diet coke and sunchips on the side.
Man that was good. (y)
