what top goes well with grey jeans and a green cardugan thing?

im going to a thing tonight and i have to make a good impression so please give me some tips so i can at least turn up looking colour co-ordinated.

well anything would go with the green....as long as its not bright (orange, pink)

the green cardigan thing is a v neck shape at the front is there any sort of top u shldnt wear with a v neck?

orange would actually go with it, what shade of green is it? if it's a dark, forest green, wear a light/bright coloured top
if it's a pale green wear a dark top
