I ain't talking bout the sauce you put on fish...though by the time I'm done with this you'll wish I was. I'm talking bout that stuff that gross stuff that forms on the back of your teefs.
Yeah I was a brusha brusha yhis morning and I guess I was kicking ass at it cause I managed to loosen up some tartar off one of my teeth. so it like chipped off but there's still some of that crap on the tooth right next to it. it's annoying because now my tougue feels the smooth no tartar spot then the rough tartar spot. I don't have dental insurance which is why I got some tartar in the first place so I'll have to go to the drug store and try to buy a pick and clean the rest of my teef. how ghetto is that? humm well I guess using a paper clip to scrape my teeth would be more ghetto.

yup it's a public service annoucement. ya'll should take better care of your teeth or you will end up all gross like me.
I don't have a link to the tat design. it's is a memorial tat dedicated to my father who passed on about 6 years ago. it's taken me a long time to decide what to get for him. A big part of who he was, was being a family physcian. so I'm getting the staff of Asclepius. that's the single snake wraped around a wooden staff. This is the "original" symbol for the healing arts. anyway I'll post up a pic after saturday. I'm just going in for outline and shadding will add color later.

Even if you don't have dental insurance, it's not *too* expensive for cleanings. My doctor charges $65 for a cleaning and exam...well, for my friends. He charges everyone else $85.
Does your company offer dental? It's usually ridiculously cheap. Mine is 9 bucks per pay period, so that's $18 a month. I don't need it since I work at a dentist office, but I also need a mouthguard at night because I grind my teeth and that may mean I'll have to go to a specialist if it gets worse. So I opted for the PPO plan.

you know I'm goona look into getting dental. I really need it. I've never really had great expereinces with the dentist (had braces and spacers and other wierd things to fix my jaw) so a big part is me avoiding it too. there is a dentist office right down the hall I'm tempted to bust in there on my lunch hour and ask them to give me a quickie cleaning.:o
Edit: ok ok I'm going. tomorrow at 2. ick. I don't think it will be fun.
