I like it, it's got a nice flow. This guy's almost like a throwback to Das EFX or Fu-Fushnickens.

Any body who's heard MixMaster live from around 2002-2004 will recognise the break. If Adrock produced that, then he just lifted the beat right out and put it under dude rapping. Sounds good, much better than that Shazam remix (and the original Shazam).

Edit: Just heard the end. If that's Adrock doin that, it's nice.

That's because 'Can I Eat' was made in 2003, it was due to be released on Grand Royal just before it folded. A few test presses were made, MMM was using one of these in his sets. You can also hear the instrumental in the 'Scratch: All The Way Live' DVD.

Man, I hope the beastie boys have a fair amount of hip hop tracks on the next album, I just want to hear what kind of styles they'll come up with....this track is pretty different to tt5b

I'm noticing a definite food theme with the tracks adrock produces...can I eat....beef or chicken....shout out for delivery....
