looking for a new place

kind of sucks when you are the one "applying" to places with people looking for a roommate. I'm looking around for studios too though. But due to that whole medical bill fiasco my credit score isn't fabulous, so that's working against me. Poop.

I've done the whole living with roommates thing before. I hope my streak of good luck with decent roommates keeps up.

craigslist is great. if you want a studio, hit the pavement and get aggresive with brokers - just walk into their office and make them like you. say you need their help, blah blah, give your price range and leave your info. call back daily.

the end of the month is the best time for studios, but you have to get on them - they go quickly. ive been in that situation many times and i always seem to find something in my range and can afford to stay living without goddamn roommates. good luck

my next roommate will be my husband...the only roommates I will have are animals...once you live alone, you can never go back. I absolutely love living alone.

craigslist worked really well for me, yeah. where are you moving to? if you're moving here i can kick out one of my roommates and you can live with me! they won't mind!
