what is your favouritest?
i am on a diet and hence craving it.
me, i like cheeseCAKE the best. one of my main reasons for wanting to go to america is that i hear you have crazy delicious flavours and combinations over there. yessir. but at the moment i enjoy vanilla. once i had an amazing white chocolate and raspberry one. that was great.
i also enjoy carrot cake.

Holy fuck, cheesecake YES! Those chocolate ones, with chocolate base, chocolate filling, and with chocolate sauce and chocolate pieces on top are great. Sure, you feel sick after 1 mouthful, but still nice.
Or if we're being conservative, a regular one, with like a vanilla filling with strawberry topping. I just love cheesecake. I rarely eat other cakes though, I'm not too keen on them.
Dammit, I want cheesecake now.

yeah, cheesecake is pretty precious. good to hear you're a fan.
i once had a delicious malteser flavoured one, too. malteser!
i recently had (like, sunday) a vanilla poppyseed one, which was crazy but subtle all at the same time.
the best base for home-made cheesecake is grapenuts, btw. mental note.

i made bobby a chocolate mousse cheesecake for his birthday. it was divine.
i make a really good chocolate cake called mayonnaise cake. no eggs, oil or butter; a cup of mayo instead. it's fabulous.
i have the best recipe for carrot cake, but i haven't made one yet.
i'll eat just about any cake, really. or any pie for that matter (though coconut cream pie does have a slight edge over every other pie).

goodness! that sounds ker-azy! normally i would "pah" it out of the water but since you are an honest and favourable kinda gal in my eyes, bef, imma take your crazy mayonnaise cake and run with it. sounds.. interesting. mind you, i guess mayonnaise is.. egg and you normally put eggs into a cake so it's not too crazy an idea. interesting!
randy, i blew my diet this weekend by drinking too much and having curry. and chips. no cake though, sadly. :(
pie can come under the "cake" category, i suppose. i like (sour) cherry pie the best. mymymy! it's the only hot pie i like.
and korn, er, phreek; yes, carrot cake is remarkably different from "normal" cakes (and by normal i assume you mean just a general victoria sponge) being made from, well, carrots and that. i can make a good carrot cake, too. i saw a recipe in t'newspaper the other day for a courgette (zucchini) cake! i might try it soon. watch out!

I once made a cheesecake at school, I think it was anyway, it was thin with cream over a crumbly base but didn't have fruity stuff on top. I ate it all very quickly whilst watching Arsenal vs Shaktar Donetsk in the Champions League and felt queesy afterwards.

You have a very good memory.
You know, your posts don't half make me laugh. I would normally praise someone in a PM but for some reason you don't have this function turned on...so i've had to do it in public.
Hmmm...this post has nothing to do with cake. I really love Carrot cake. There, that's better.

I just sent you a message- I hope it works. Arsenal just about won that game. It was 3-2 and the cheesecake was one of the greatest things I've ever done.
God I love compliments-in returm, Y~R you're a legend round my way.

bread and butter pudding is DELISH. oh yum. i must seek that out this cold, dark winter. beautiful. damn. i might even make it myself.
trifle s'alright. i only like the super expensive marks & spencer ones you get at christmas, though, because it doesn't have jelly. i HATE jelly. yuck. and i hate trifle which has HUGE bits of fruit and dry, dry sponge in the jelly. gross! the best trifle includes lots of alcohol-soaked trifle, custard, cream and hundreds & thousands (y).
this isn't cake, but last night i had a hot sugared waffle with cornish ice cream and summerberry compote.
