The Office Season 3 premiere

Was weird. Did anyone watch it? SPOILER ALERT BLADEY BLAH


It had such a different feeling to it. And like....it just felt so anti-climactic with the Roy thing. Okay, so if she broke up with him then why the fuck didn't she just move to where Jim is now or some shit. Whatever. Blah! Ed Helms looks weird without glasses.

And Roy looks fucking hot.

Because she can't just jump from Roy to Jim, it would be weird - I guess. Yeah, Roy looks better with a beard. I thought it was funny when he said he stopped taking care of himself, because he was really tan and had that neatly trimmed hair and beard. And he doesn't look as fat anymore.

But I hope Jim comes back because it's not the same without him there. Dwight is funniest as a counter to Jim. They made it seem like they were going to run parallel stories, switching between Scranton and the other place, like BJ Novak was going to be the new Jim. I cracked up when the girl at the other office was like "he keeps looking at the camera like *makes jim face* What's that about?"

But I loved the Oscar thing! Angela's such a bitch.

I F'in missed it cuz I was on my way to NC. A girl I work with texted me and said that Pam and Roy broke it off and Jim's transfer went through. So, is he still on the show? How's this gonna work? Is he bonin' Jan yet? That would be hot. I thought he was gonna hook it up on last season's finale.

Well you know how they kept talking about how one branch might have to close, etc? I think that they're going to end up combining the Stamford and Scranton branches. I don't know when, maybe mid-season or so. I've read a lot about what the writers and producers have said and it looks like that's where it's headed.

I don't like that chick in Jim's branch. Apparently her and John Krasinksi are dating in real life. BIATCH

I can't stand My Name is Earl. I can't believe it won an emmy, or was even nominated.

I know! We saw the end of it while waiting for the Office to come on. There's only so much one-note white trash humor that you can stand. I don't understand how it gets recognition at all.

When Pam looked at Jim's desk, and the other guy was sitting there, I almost thought maybe she was checking him out, like she was going to fall in love with that guy now, like maybe there's something about that desk.

Why did that drunken slut eat the hand sanitizer? haha!

I think my favorite line was "That's what she said. Or..he said". And Michael's all proud of himself. Hah!

I love Creed. Mud orgies, missing toe, stealing stuff....he's a goldmine.

Creed is actually probably my favorite character in the entire show. I didn't really like in Casino Night where they gave him more than just a few things to do because I like it when he has maybe two lines per episode.

My favorite is the mung beans - "they smell like death". Hah. I'm working on compiling a little thing of all of Creed's lines.

In some deleted scenes he talks about being a group called Grass Roots that toured with Joni Mitchell and shit - he was actually in that band. Hah. I love this show.

I was kind of disappointed with the episode, I was wanting to see what would happen with Jim and Pam but they are obviously going to stretch it out and they didn't have Jim enough in that episode. I'm sure they will give it some more story, comedy wise the show was great as usual, I just wished Jim was still at Scranton so he could have talked more with Pam.

The look on Dwight's face when the "GayDar" went off on him was priceless.

Give me shit if you want, but this and "How I Met Your Mother" are the 2 best sitcoms on TV right now.

wait, that's Quincy Jones' daughter. where who why is she on that show now? I missed the first 20 minutes. she was on the first episode of Stella, and a couple of episodes of freaks and geeks. her mom was the chick from the mod squad.

i dunno if i like ed helms on the office. he's too...wacky, too surreal. one of the things that gave the original office its charm was that the characters were eccentric but still ultimately believable, you can imagine meeting people who are actually like that (except for maybe keith). the US office kiiiinda breaks that here and there (dwight's a little hard to believe now and then), but ed seems to be specializing in it.

i dunno it's only been one episode. and maybe i'm just too used to him on the daily show. i'll give him time
