hey everybody.
so this is my very first post.
before you listen to the remix, i have to say some words about it. for me as a german, 9/11 was something i couldn't really believe. until i had the chance to talk to some us americans i didn't even know how this felt for a nation beeing attacked by some crazy people. after beeing home it took me some time to ork all this through and sort my thoughts. then i listened to the beastie boys track about new york and i suddenly thought, i must do this remix now. couple of days later i heared a song of jay-z. it is the one about his mother but i don't know what's its name. but i think u know it already. ok, then i found the sample which the song contains. as i heared the hook of it...oh man, it was just perfect for that remix. i hope, this one will underline what the boys wanted to say about new york after 9/11. so enough cheap talkin here. its time for sum music. so give it a listen people!

I like it! Solid solid solid. Good choice of samples and well arranged. I've been trying to work on letter to nyc lately but I'm just not in the right mood. Good stuff man.
