This is an attempt to make a mesh up of a couple of songs I’ve had running through my head ever since I found this forum.

This isn’t (to me) a finished product, but I need some feedback from the people in here, especially those that have done this before and are EXTREMELY good at it.

Any (positive) help is appreciated.

Hey man......Hey ladies is pretty tough to mix.....But your mix sounds tight, bro....Vocals are in sync with the beat....I'm not EXTREMELY good at this, but, if that is your first mix, I can tell you that your definitely on the right track...I'll be looking forward to hearing more.....

I wouldn't say I'm anywhere near extremely good, but this isn't bad, especially for a first attempt. The loop is kinda repetitive and seems like it gets off beat occasionally but overall it's a very creative mix. Not sure how I feel about the welcome back kotter stuff. Keep messing around... it's got potential.

Cosmo: You are one of the people on here I have listened to their mixes and spread them around to my (albeit small) circle of friends, whom are just as impressed as I am. (Super Mario Bros & the Beasties... GENIUS!!)

psx: The beat is actually 2 different ones, there isn't much possibility for looping in the song, so I had to find what I could and use it as best as possible. I'm not all that good at any of the "normal" programs used to make stuff like this (Fruity Loops, Acid, ect) so I had to use what I knew. Adobe Audition (Cool Edit Pro). As for the off beat, those are the spots I need to keep "messing" with the vocals to make them fit the beat. Yea, hard to do with the Beasties some times, I'll just have to do some more chopping up of the vocals.

I thank you for the compliments (bows respectfully) and I have another in mind, just finding the right Beastie song to mix it with seems to be the challenge.

Might take me a while like this one did, but I'm definitely continuing now. :D
