this season of family guy is pretty good so far

last night's had that awesome roller disco scene that would make the best avatar ever, especially the part where it shows peter at an angle looking up toward the disco ball.

the simpsons is redeeming itself as well.

what about during family guy where he buys the tank and meg runs over the wheelchair guy's legs and peter tells him he looks like a squeezed tube of toothpaste?

I still don't like the Simpsons. Family Guy has some good parts, but it seems like it's lacking something or adding something different. But last week, when Peter thought he had been raped after his prostate exam, he had a pretty good line: "I will not turn a brown eye to this. I'm going to be really anal, no if's and's or but's. ...Sphincter."

Also Lois: "Oh my GOD! I'm like that Texas woman who gave her son brain damage by holding him under water... I'm just like Barbara Bush!"

Those were gold.
