My friend's friend did it, telling them that their website totally sucked and that a 6-year-old could design a better one.

Their response:

We have considered your finding concerning our website. As such, we will
be grateful if you can highlight areas that you feel are horrible and
also we will consider any suggestions that you might highlight.

Another request is to point us to any other government website that is
better than us so that we can learn from them. We are a society that is
democratic and willing to learn from others but we don't do copycats.

On the issue of worries, yes, as human beings, we worry to prosper as a
country. We want to be the best country in the world and as such we
agree to this finding. That is why we are now requesting for your help in
making our website excellent.

We are at your disposal to meet any of your 6 year olds to see how
excellent they do it.
