I enjoy orange juice as well. They also have grape juice in the fridge here at work. I like to mix it up and enjoy many different types of juices during the week.

the citric acid in it maybe is bothering you some? drink aloe vera juice, 2-4 oz once or twice a day. and get good fresh shit not from concentrate.

every morning i mix a little juice with my omega-3-6-9 fatty acid oil to make it go down easier. it ain't easy, because i have to swirl it around to get it sort of dispersed and it gets all over the place. today it was pineapple.

i also had a buckwheat berry waffle/frozen blackberry sandwich for breakfast today. nummers. :cool:
