Did anyone else just get the Beastie Newsletter?

It was just announcing/confirming the benefit gig and the South American gigs. But nice to see some formal communication, nonetheless.

We've had that stuff confirmed and on the news page for a little bit too...

Also, I'll take this opportunity to say that for those who want to get the newsletters but aren't, we've fixed the system so you can add yourself again. You can do that here (http://f.chtah.com/s/46/363162194/Beastieboys.html). (I know there's an image missing, but that's not us...)

Minton, I'm definitely not going to South America, but what's the deal? Why are they doing that? It seems really odd.

P.S. Laver, I got the newsletter and apparently so did Guido because he pasted it in the NYC thread.

I received my first newsletter though I signed for it 2 years ago. Thanks minton for fixing that.:)

I got the newsletter, on both my addresses.

And today I heard a rumour (hence! just a RUMOUR!!!!) of a possible gig in Sweden. I don't know what year they were refering to tho.... :rolleyes: :p

Yo, the news-section of this site needs to be shown on the front page Minton. When the "news" are updated once every other month or so, no-one can be expected to check the new by clicking through the site each time they visit.
I'm not saying the whole site needs a refurbishment (maybe...) there just needs to be some short message on the front page alerting me that the news has been updated.
