my computer tries to install symantec antivirus software

it also happens when i select something and hit the delete key



i didn't think such an error was even possible until now :confused:

that's unusual. sometimes when i hit the apostrophe key my computer thinks i meant to hit ctrl+f, and i have to open up microsoft word and press apostrophe in order to get it to stop.

yeah, it's like that, only with apostrophes, and not all the time. but for the life of me i can't pin it down to any particular thing that i'm doing that makes it do it. it's frustrating, to be sure.

and today i thought for sure that my graphics card decided to kill itself for absolutely no reason, because there were red dots all over my screen, but now it's decided to fix itself? i don't know what to make of it

i dunno man, i do not know. it just seriously decided to take a dump on itself. at first there were just a few red dots on the screen, then later on it was ALL red dots, then later on the screen just straight up turned itself off (but the computer was still on), so i had to reboot it by holding down the power button, then it came back on and the red dots were gone, but the screen was divided into like, 4 smaller screens. so i did a system restore, and it came back and told me the system restore was incomplete, because nothing had changed, but the situation appears to be fully fixed anyway?

at any rate it's making me nervous, what if it decides to go mental again?

i figured my problem was something to do with my mouse being screwy, because the scroll wheel thing was messed up and the little magnifying glass thing hasn't been working. so i removed the software, and reinstalled it and it still doesnt work.


i wish my computer could have a normal fucking problem once in a while. i swear everything that goes wrong is some unknown shit that even tech nerds don't understand

At work when I was editing pics taken with a non-familiar camera, just trying to flip them from horisontal to upright I got (almost every time) a message there was an error in explorer.exe and shut down the pic and the whole album... What's that about? When I edit pics taken with my own or work's camera it doesn't happen.

i actually did have a trojan, but it was doing different shit and then i got rid of it. and this crap only started after i got rid of everything
