Think about it, the prices for chocolate bars and drinks keep going up, which I can acccpet, that inflation, but why in the name of fuck doo we got LESS of the item that were now paying more for. I'll give a few examples.

1. Last week I bought a Mars Bar, now those used to be brutes, I'm not even talking bout your king sized ones, they used to be a handful. A Mars Bar would fill you up good and proper, I almost swallowed whole the one I got last week.

2. Curly Wurlies- no one in their right minds can say that these things arent getting smaller and smaller, they used to be like ladders, before you know it they'll be microscopic.

3. Crisps. Go on, buy a packet of crisps for about 45p for Walkers and 75% of the bag will be air. Only last week it was revealed that Pringles cahrge you more for a tube but have 16 less crisps inside.

4. Chips. Some things just aren't right, and paying more than a quid for a portion of chips is just wrong.

5. Bottles of coke etc. Same as above, one of these should not cost over a pound. Its taking the piss.

I'm telling you all these companies are screwing us big style, it wont be long until a chunky Kit Kat is a suitable size to pick your nose with.

haha. did you ever consider that maybe you were getting bigger, and the sweets weren't getting smaller?

i hear yah though. although i don't eat many sweets to recognise price changes. but i distinctly remember a fudge once upon a time costing 5p, and now it's 15p!

the newsagents right next door to the underground i get must charge super premiums for being in that location. all normal small bottles of coke, dr pepper, fanta etc are £1.09!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i expect MUCHOS change from a pound coin for just some stinking fizzy juice, come on!

and packets of crisps are like 65p. what the fuck is up with that?

chips though, i think £1.20 is a sort of average price for a good portion. that's okay.

:) Thats great I didn't realise what I'd said. And FYI my brightly coloured pants change colour according to my mood, they're currently on green for existential anxiety, but they go yellow, red and blue when there some funk to be laid down. They can be removed by pressing a hidden switch which ignites a small quantity of gelignite.

back on the topic in hand:

Back in December 2004 when I saw the Beasties at the MEN I had to break my rule of not being stupid enough to buy from the shop at Victoria station. It cost me about £2.30 plus for a bottle of Coke. Probably cos they know everyones gagging for a drink after spending 2 hours in a concret bowl filled to the rim with weed. "Water, anything, packet of scittles".
