how many calories are you really saving

here you are drinkin your skim milk and then turn around and eat a hunk of cheese that is more than likely 35-42% milk fat unless it is some partly skimmed mozzerella or some of that shitty skim milk cheese that is about 7% and tastes sub-par

you know, i was thinking the exact same thing the other day. i noticed that there was like 20 calorie difference per 100 ml. i hardly seems worth it -- especially where lattes are concerned. our bodies need a certain amount of fat don't they. i still bought some skimmed milk tho. i put half skim and half 2% in my home-made lattes :o

i just checked my milk cartons *arf* and there is an 11 calorie difference per 100 ml between skimmed and semi-skimmed milk, aaaah but a world of difference in TASTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
