In anticipation of seeing the BBoys for the first time in 2 years, I've been thinking a lot about the upcoming Vegas show. We had a thread back then like this and was just wondering how people are feeling now.

What are some shows that it wouldn't break your heart if they didn't make it on the setlist for Vegas, or an imaginary upcoming show if you're not going.:)

For me, it's Shake Your Rump and Triple Trouble. I love both songs but I've heard enough of them live for a while.

The last thread like this, Flute Loop was a winner, and personally, I'd love to see that reemerge as part of the set. Alright Hear This would be sweet to hear again too, although I know they dropped it in on some pagenat tour stops. Shadrach and Negotiation Limerick File were both on some HN In the Round setlists and they'd be sweet too. Alive would be dope as well, now that I'm thinking about it, but I'm getting off topic!:p

So, what could you DO WITHOUT the next time you see the boys.

not the response you're looking for but i'll tell you what beats i can do without.

that fabulous beat dropped on so what'cha want, the NORE beat dropped on body movin, the 800 beat dropped on adrocks last verson on sure shot, and as much as i love the beat, apache on root down. I want to hear some new beats dropped by MMM.

i love the beats just want to hear some change.

I'd vote for Brass Monkey...I think they performed that one enough on the Pageant.

Replace it with Slow and Low or New Style. (y)

You could replace Triple Trouble with Rhyme the Rhyme Well. (y)

Hmmm, interesting way to flip the thread.

However, I still can't get enough of the Fab beat, the Sure Shot drop, or Apache. But I agree, some new droppings would be the shit!!! (Pun intended)

There is something about Intergalatic that I will always love...I've had enough of Body Movin.

No way the poses they make before their last verses are just unbeatable.

Id also like to see flute loop and alright hear this make it back into the set! Id also like to hear:

Alive
Oh Word
A Year and a Day(y)

and a long shot with "3 minute rule":D

I wish there was a way we could play basketball in the rain and not get wet. Now wouldn't that be great? Hmm?

Paul, did you hit your head? Your cut list is completely whack.

I was just lookin at the setlist for the Hiro show, and I like all those songs alot, and sound great live. But the bboys have performed those 100 times, and id like to hear something played not as much. Really mix up the setlists and not have routine songs they have to play. Ill 100% be happy though, if thats all they even played in Vegas.

I forgot to add to that list, She's On It

I dont think they necessarily do the songs they want to perfrom...i think they, as well as most bands, feel obligated to perfrom the "hits". With that said I do enjoy seeing them performing anything...They can do what every they want and I will be into it.

They should do the songs they want to perform, not the songs that we want them to perform. They know better than we do which songs they do well.

Make yourself happy and you will make others happy.

That said, I'd like to see "Triple Trouble" have a funeral and burial.

As if somebody from Canada should be calling anyone else cracker. You're getting ready to not see the sun for about 5 months here. You'll be whiter than a Klan rally.

Nice nice. I went to the 2004 Fairfax show and it was the first time they ever performed "it takes time to build" live. I remember Mike D pointed at his neck when he said the "another press conference someones talking out their neck" with feeling!

He also apolijized for some fuckups at the end of the song saying.."sorry that was the first time we performed that"

I liked it!

That's good, man. I always listen to the album cut and hear Adrock channelling himself from 3-Minute Rule, and being amazed at how much he's grown up.

You know I could really do without them playing "Islands in the Stream". I just felt that never really worked in between Whatcha Want and Sabatoge. Something a little awkward there. I don't know, maybe its just me.
