I got a new job. I moved to a new city. I grew a beard. I had hot three-way sex with Betty White and Mr. T.
How about you?

It's quite a small one on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state. I really like it though. (y) lots and lots of trees
Do you find yourself touching your new facial hair all the time? I just can't seem to keep my hands off my own chin-carpet.

they probably will do. Right now series 1 is out....figures from the first Rocky film, which you can buy as an all 11 set on ebay right now-some including a ring.Series 2 is out Nov but you can pre-order...characters from Rocky 2
There are limited runs of the Rocky statue which are going for silly money right now and one of Rocky as caveman, which I got outbid on yesterday-and it was only for 21 dollars!...I was busy gardening and had forgot about it

I start 6 months+ of training for the Army on Monday. I won't be here!
Congratulations Knuckles. I am sure you and your family will thrive in the Northwest. The moisture alone will probably cause you to grow at a "gulliver" rate and within the year you will get side work as a airtraffic control tower.
What type of job did you accept? I have moved to 2 different states within the last 3 years. It has been a good adventure for our family and I hope the change of scenery will be good to your family.
Oh, you asked a question...yep, my boy Aiden turned 8 weeks on Thursday. Sometimes I think he looks like Lou Grant--sometimes Yoda--and sometimes Eisenhower. We are taking him to Philly next week for a visit with his GrandMa. She is 86 and wants to see her great grandson. I have been writing and my wife goes back from maternity leave in 2 weeks. I will be Mr Mom for at least 6 months until her parents move to North Texas. That is all new.

but according to the wicked bmi people i am 'overweight' hey, i guess it's a given being tall and not a beanpole.

My brother lives in Washington now in some small town. I can't remember the name... Knuckles I want to see beard pictures. I'm a sucker for a beard.
Nothing super new with me...working as a post-production assisstant on a documentary that's probably going to Sundance (it's not as glamourous as it may sound), working at a steakhouse, I graduated from school, in love with my boyfriend, trying to figure out what the fuck to do with my life, and being sad that it's probably not going to work out with him for various reasons including that we are polar opposites in a lot of ways. Blah.
I back behind the big desk again for another 6 months of hard work.

i got a promotion at work that apparently does not come with a payraise.
it only comes with a higher class of pains in the ass
i do not have a beard
I got a new job, one that actually PAYS me to do practically nothing but type and jam out to music all day.
We're moving into a new place, which is really-REALLY nice in comparison to where we are now. Our landlord's garbage. Oh, and I get to paint my own room!
I lost over 15lbs. :"D
Um, yeah.. That's it.

Some of my favorite camping memories are on the Peninsula. My sister is trying to figure out how to live there.

Welcome. :) If you had moved just a little earlier, you could have voted here. :(
I am busy working for democrats and that's much more rewarding that usual. :) I am also trying to wrap up some home remodeling projects in time to clean out my garage and hopefully park in there before we get real snow.

I go to UC Davis and drive my new ride (well new for me). I am still working on music and finsihing a new double CD...as soon as Auton sends the last beat it will be done I hope. Working on the first music video for it as well with my homies too should have a couple people on here talking. Had to "cancel that check" with a former home girl of mine (the same one I started a thread about a few months ago) last week which was the hardest thing I had to do...although it wasn't like a depressed type of deal; it had to be done. Otherwise just keeping it real authenic hahaa.
Also Im thinking of making a music page where I'll post this video....too many people round here my age think they fuckin rappers....espcially this one who got a chick Im trying to get at.....:) typical me.

Hey Knucks, I was about to start looking on cartons of milk man. Don't do that to us. I was worried shitless and would of had to drink the milk from the cartons to acquire some shit.
Anyhow, I'm out of the desert and living in New York now. It's aight, just had an interview and a little sceptical about that job being I bought an $800 suit only to be interviewed by some dudes wearing jeans and sweaters. Oh well.
I'm currently unemployed though.....Yay!!

my brother is moving to vancouver
therefore I shall have to find a new place to live because my current situation would not be bearable with him gone
he'll be canceling our phone line and I think Ill not bother upkeeping it or getting a cell phone for that matter so that means Ill be unreachable except at work and Im kinda stoked about that, not that I get any calls anyways

I think if you've ever loved anyone, a part of you always will. There will always be a place in your heart, but it will fade to a very small place. You can't shut off memories, really. But you can move on and find someone else to love, just as much.
Good luck missy. I know how much it hurts. *e-hug*

the longer you drag it out the more you're going to traumatize yourself.
I've ignored him for 5 days now, only cold heartless bastads can just turn off their feelings. oh and narcisscists.
but then again maybe you two can work it out.

Yeah, I still don't get how you can love someone dearly for 5 years and cut everything off in less than 5 minutes. I do think my ex falls under the "heartless bastard" category. I don't know how you can tell someone in your breakup letter that you love them and always will and you're the best thing to happen to them, and then never speak to them again. There's just some people out there who can turn off their consciouses, I suppose. And they're not worth it. (n)

seeing as this was break up #2, i'd be a sucker for punishment if i got back together with him, and i know that he won't want to get back with me.
QA i remember reading about your breakup. sounded pretty bad. mine can't really compare. my ex was always a heartless bastard, i suppose i was a typical girl and thought that there might be a big softy under that. unfortunately apart from him giving me small gimpses of hope (like being seriously excellent when i had a broken toe and when i was sick), really, he always has and always will be an asshole, who doesn't particularly care for women, never wants to get married and have kids, and generally was the wrong person for me to date. but he had that x factor... i've seen other girls fall victim to it as well.
QueenAdrock
10-16-2006, 10:07 PM
Man, that sucks. I mean, my ex was a jerk but always in a way to get laughs. I never thought he was an asshole on the inside, because he never acted that way to me. Which is why I never saw it coming. But either way, I remember thinking of how incredibly miserable I was then and yet I found someone like 4 months later. And it's super awesome knowing his parents not only approve of me, but seem to like me too. There's always something better out there, it's just sometimes we're not willing to look for it if we're used to and comfortable with our situations.
