I'm in a bad mood

I hate it when people say they're going to do something and then don't. you should just not say it at all!

here's the text I got at the end of a very long work day and week (7 days in a row, with no end in sight...okay, I have monday off):

"I'm going to dinner with [boyfriend], but we may return later with WEED"


and I think, "wow, I would really like to sit around, relax and get stupid, maybe watch metropolis or valley girl tonight, go to bed around 11:30." so I'm all pumped...but of course cautious about that "may". but still. so now it's 11, no phone calls, no texts, nothing.

this is the THIRD time this has happened in the past month.

cort: oh yeah, boyfriend's gonna get weed today!

me: yes!

cort two days later: yeah, he didn't get it.

me: fuck you

cort: oh, other roommate's boyfriend is gonna buy some! I have him some money.

me: cool!

cort a week later: he gave me the money back, couldn't get it

me: fuck you


it's so stupid, I should just get some myself. the thing is, I'll like pinch a bit from a friend and bring it home, and it'll hold for a week or so and in the mean time she's makin all these plans to really get some and they fall through and then we have nothing. and I am really pissed off.

actually, she did come back that night with weed around midnight. I went to bed though. also, I wasn't mad anymore because that one guy gave me his phone number, so I became only slightly miffed.

I need the weed so I can turn the making of my halloween costume into an adventure. last night I made the electrical panel and it is awesome! I got some battery-powered led lights for extra realism.


p.s. don't ever let me go shopping by myself whilst high. I accidentally bought ruby-like heart-shaped beads in 2 different styles, and a bunch of buttons. and rick rack. and some picture frame beads that are pretty awesome actually, I'm thinking of making a necklace with a picture of abe lincoln. also, I walked around the store like a zombie staring and things and whispering to myself, "where would the fusible web be? oh I need ribbon! where's the damned fusible web!"
