Cool bass line, cool samples, cool song. It's just a little choppy where they all come together. The first change-up... I was getting bored of the same bass and drums slightly before the change. Maybe sneak a little of that SR beat in underneath before dropping the drums and bass? Cut the lows?
Same thing kinda when the chorus ends and the next verse starts.. it's just a little awkward.
No idea how you're doing things... sounds almost live?

my goal for this was for it to kinda sound live, a step away from my normal remixes, i wanted something a little more old school and easy on the ears, nothing to amaze, but enjoyable.
and for the beats, they change every verse but i get ya, that first part is a little monotone when it comes to the layers.
and i use acid and fl studio for mixin usually, but i wanted to have it a little messy, like it was a sound check or something.
thanks for listenin and commenting though, anyone else?

I prefer Time to build than alive - nice slick rick sample.
